Those of us who enjoy cooking in Disney Dreamlight Valley will be pleased to know that a few new recipes have been added to the game alongside the Missions in Uncharted Space update. The timing couldn’t be better, as a couple of these new recipes are Christmas treats arriving just in time for the holidays. Of course, the one everyone wants to make is the classic Gingerbread House. Though a beautiful dessert, Gingerbread Houses is a five-star dessert, and not the easiest to make. That’s why we’ll explain how to make them in this guide. So, read on to find out!
How to Make a Gingerbread House in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To make a Gingerbread House in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you will need five ingredients: Wheat, Ginger, Sugarcane, Vanilla, and Eggs. Let’s start with the easiest ingredient, wheat, which can be bought from Goofy’s stall in Peaceful Meadow. Sugarcane, you can buy from Goofy’s Stall at Dazzle Beach. There’s a chance you’ll only be able to buy the seeds for both wheat and sugarcane from Goofy’s Stall. However, this isn’t a problem because you can plant these while you go get the other ingredients, and they’ll be ready by the time you return.
Next are two of the more difficult ingredients, Ginger and Vanilla. That’s because you can’t buy these items from Goofy’s Stalls, you have to forage them from the land. You can find Ginger as a tall skinny green plant sticking out of the ground in the Forgotten Lands Biome. You can find Vanilla growing in the Sunlit Plateau biome, and the plant will look very similar to Ginger. All it takes is a little time searching both biomes, and you’ll come across each ingredient in no time.
Then the last item on our list is eggs, which you can buy from Chez Remy’s Restaurant in the Pantry section for 220 Star Coins. Now that you have all the ingredients, all you have to do is add all of them together at the stovetop to make the Gingerbread House. You can now sell the Gingerbread House for 641 Star Coins, or consume it for 1,460 energy!
